Paper Cup Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Paper Cup Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the machinery used in the manufacturing of paper cups while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate paper cup production machines to ensure efficient performance.
• Process Monitoring: Continuously observe the production process to detect and resolve any operational issues.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Production Efficiency: Work towards meeting production targets while optimizing machine efficiency and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in operating paper cup machines or similar manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and performing minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
