KSA Account Executive, Distribution Channel

Apple - Saudi - Riyadh
- Responsible for achieving sales growth in alignment with annual sales plans and country strategic priorities, goals/objectives. Drive differentiation for the distributor and its channel partners. - Have a deep understanding of the KSA distribution and Independent Retail landscape, and the needs of our end customers. - Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly basis and deliver timely reporting. - Analyse business opportunities and develop account plans to drive Apple’s strategies with our partners. - Drive demand-generation activities with appropriate marketing plans. Improve return on marketing investments. - Drive innovation into sales and marketing plans to build demand for Apple products in partnership with finance and channel communications team in MEA and London. - Responsible for the tactical, daily execution of the business to include negotiating programs and demand generation, operational optimisation, and building deep relationships to achieve a great customer experience with results that benefit Apple and our partners. You will be encouraged to get down in the details and do the work. - Work with training resources to ensure requested levels of product knowledge are maintained within each partner. Liaise with sales planning on the right merchandising/ demo units for partners account. - Work with the affordability teams on developing value propositions for the respective partners. - Analyze with finance team business cases and perform accurate ROI/ Postmortem. - Work together with finance, planning and logistics to provide ongoing partner forecast, business insights and manage inventory levels.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management and partner relationship. CE retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the KSA CE landscape, merchandising, and sales execution.
  • Strong understanding of promotions, discounting strategies, and customer engagement.
  • You have demonstrated success in delivering volume, budget, forecasting, merchandising, marketing and operation strategic account / Financial analytics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • You understand there are many moving parts in an organization. Navigating the interdependencies within Apple is needed for success. Understanding how business financials work, and strategies for sustaining profitable growth, are key to staying ahead of the competition. You analyze the market and think beyond the short-term.
  • Relevant sales experience with distributors and resellers across independent retail and organized CE retail.
