Cost Engineer

TGCC ME - Saudi - Jeddah
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project documents and prepare technical reports
  • Develop execution methodologies and schedules
  • Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation
  • Consult and analyze subcontractor offers
  • Manage site logistics planning
  •  
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in construction techniques and budget management
  • Expertise in industry software (AutoCAD, ROBOBAT, Microsoft Project, Primavera)
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry and equipment
  • Technical English proficiency

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational abilities
  • Hard Skills: Cost estimation and analysis, project management, financial acumen, risk analysis, and value engineering
