We are currently seeking a talented Fit-Out Engineer with expertise in interior finishes and decorations to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

• Project Management: Oversee fit-out projects, ensuring that interior finishes and decorations are completed to the highest standards and within deadlines.
• Interior Finishes & Decoration: Manage the selection and implementation of finishes, materials, and decorative elements for all projects.
• Coordination with Design Team: Work closely with interior designers to ensure that the design vision is realized in the final fit-out.
• Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers and contractors to procure materials and manage delivery timelines.
• Quality Control: Ensure all materials and work meet the company’s high-quality standards and specifications.
• Site Supervision: Supervise on-site teams, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to plans.
• Cost Management: Monitor project costs to ensure they stay within the budget.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Fit-Out Engineer, with a strong focus on interior finishes, decorations, and fit-out works.
• Knowledge: Expertise in materials, finishes, and interior decorations for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
• Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high standards in all aspects of the fit-out process, from materials selection to execution.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
