Position Overview:
As the Hostess / supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. You will ensure smooth seating arrangements, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
- Asking guests for feedback on their experience, and taking steps to address any issues that arise.
- Anticipating guests' needs and responding proactively to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Giving guests menus and addressing any preliminary questions they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and ensure a pleasant first impression.
- Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and handle guest inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize table utilization while ensuring guest comfort.
- Provide accurate information about the menu, special offers, and restaurant services.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
- Prior experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and in English.
- Friendly, approachable, and well-presented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
