We are looking for a talented professional to be an added value to our team in Sales - Retail as an Account and Contract Supervisor looking after retail contract data as well as establishing tools that can aid in monitoring and analyzing vendors or tenants accounts outlining key activities for payments and business. In addition to providing actionable insight guide for expanding the retail business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Developing and analyzing retail data and building solid reporting to enable management for insightful views on retail activities.
- Understanding all key aspects' needs and requirements, as well as maintaining the contracts from each vendor or tenant signed by management to operate business with in-depth analysis and distributed sales metrics along with payment receiving/paying schedules.
- Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Maintaining all contracts with updated records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years in a related field.
- MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Languages: Excellent English - Writing, Reading & Speaking
