Join Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneering organization at the intersection of culture, entertainment, and leisure development in Saudi Arabia, as an Assistant Manager - PMIS Solutions (Unifier). In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) using Oracle Primavera Unifier software to support the successful delivery of our ambitious projects.
You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that the PMIS is tailored to meet project needs, improving efficiency and communication across teams. Your expertise in PMIS solutions will help drive best practices and facilitate informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Configure Oracle Primavera Unifier modules, including Business Processes (BPs), Cost Sheets, Cash Flow, and User-Defined Reports
- Design and implement workflows, forms, and templates to meet business requirements
- Perform system testing, debug issues, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Conduct regular meetings and workshops with stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines
- Coordinate with Oracle and other vendors to troubleshoot system issues, implement patches, and ensure smooth system upgrades
- Support integration between Unifier and other systems like SAP, Primavera P6, or other ERP tools
- Prepare and maintain configuration documentation, including workflows, test cases, and training materials
