Job Summary:

EPF Contracting and Construction Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead teams, manage daily site operations, and act as the primary point of contact for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site activities to ensure work progresses as planned and within scheduled timelines.
• Coordinate with site engineers, workers, and subcontractors to ensure tasks are executed according to project specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on the construction site.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to project requirements.
• Manage workforce allocation, monitor attendance, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Identify potential issues, resolve conflicts, and provide timely solutions to avoid project delays.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, including progress reports, daily logs, and material usage.
• Communicate regularly with the project manager to provide updates on progress, challenges, and requirements.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available on-site and properly maintained.
• Train and guide team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and project management tools is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in Construction Safety or Site Supervision is a plus.
