We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure tasks are completed according to plans, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Manage and direct on-site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or safety hazards.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all safety regulations and protocols.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
• Report on project status, site activities, and any potential delays or concerns to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management.

Requirement

• Previous experience in electrical engineering for 5 years.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have experience working in Saudi Arabia.
