Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse activities to ensure the efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories.
  • Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics, review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution of operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
  • Establish all operational policies for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise and customer orders as well as damaged merchandise.
  • Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Responsible for the supervision, development and performance of the warehouse staff.
  • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
  • Ensure that the performance goals are set and achieved, through the proper execution of performance metrics as it relates to Productivity, Safety, Quality and Customer Service.
  • Ensure all inventories on hand are handled properly in SAP throughout the reconciliation process and month-end closing
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data in system.
  • Ensure the company’s physical assets (building, equipment, inventory, etc.) are properly controlled, maintained, protected and utilized.


Minimum Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years professional work experience in warehouse related to Manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Distribution, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business operation related field strongly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of industries and companies’ best practices for the warehouse.


Required Skills:

  • Strong technical skills, including experience in SAP/ERP/WM/Master Data abilities are strongly preferred. Experience with warehousing programs is required with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement, provide accurate reporting, and utilize data.
  • Ability to interact with diverse customers and represent the company in a professional manner.
