Job Description:

  • Process all employee’s payroll / All types of settlements as per existing company policy and as well as Saudi Labor Law and mentioned as below employee....
  • Monthly salary verification and finalize for payment and making Bank transfer file.
  • Settlements like vacation, Final settlement and Re-Imbursement verification, and advice if any required feedback related to employee payment.
  • To arrange and maintain a monthly salary checklist.
  • To coordinate with Timekeeper/coordinators and administrators of respective data to collect information regarding attendance, leaves, and overtime for processing employee’s monthly salary.
  • To provide information to the employees regarding salary-related queries.
  • To arrange necessary salary reconciliations, posting etc.
  • To ensure confidentiality of data
  • To maintain all employees’ salary, transfer Bank A/c.
  • To process Re-Imbursement settlements for all employees as above processed.
  • To update employee master file with employee payroll/settlement.
  • To ensure that valid additions and deductions are properly incorporated in the monthly Payroll.
  • To ensure attendance review, verifying, closing and approving in Time & Attendance System.
  • To prepare/check vacation settlements.
  • To prepare final statements as per our policy as well as respective Saudi labor law.
  • To prepare Summary after completed all employees’ payroll like Bank Payment and Cash Payment separated.
  • To process Visit visa employee’s final settlement.
  • To coordinate with the department administrators, P&A and Finance Department for any employee payment related.
  • To arrange necessary documents for Internal/External Audit.
  • To ensure Basic salaries for new join employees as per offer letter.
  • To finalize monthly payroll expenses report for all employees’ after paying the employee.
  • To support the Section Head for preparing any reports and transferring the salaries to Bank...etc.


Qualifications Experience:


Minimum Qualification

  • Graduate in Account Field



Minimum Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years
