Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee high-profile residential and real estate development projects. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of project operations to meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure the implementation of project policies, plans, and quality standards.
• Lead and evaluate the project team, assigning responsibilities to optimize performance and ensure efficiency.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Identify project risks, assess their impact, and develop plans to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to secure necessary materials, tools, and resources for the project.
• Manage and supervise suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with agreements, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management, highlighting key developments, milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee project finances, ensuring strict adherence to the allocated budget and financial targets.
• Ensure all project employees comply with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 17-20 years of experience in residential construction or real estate development projects.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex projects, with a strong track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
