  • Maintain Permits renewal of the vehicles( Operation Card , Estimara, MVPI......)
  • Maintain the company's licenses renewals of the RUH branch with the coordination of the Hr Dep
  • Responsible for sharing the accident report with the Hr with the necessary details in the prescribed format
  • coordinate with operations manager for compliance with the company's equipment branding as per the municipality's requirement
  • representing accounting team to quarterly check inventory stocking sheet count
  • Visit the government sectors if required (Such as the Municipality)
  • confirm branch timesheet for payroll for drivers technician labor commission food allowance details and employees vacation requests with the collaboration of the fleet in charge maintenance engineer and Hr department
  • any other tasks assigned by the management

Skills


  • Arabic/English fluently
  • Proven working experience as a logistics supervisor
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage Staff
  • proficient ins standard logistics software
  • ability to work independently and on multiple projects
