المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الإشراف العام على جميع مشاريع الشركة الإنشائية وضمان سيرها وفق الخطط المحددة.
- إعداد وتحديث الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وضمان الالتزام بها.
- تقدير تكاليف المشاريع وضبط الميزانية ومراقبة الإنفاق.
- التعاقد والتنسيق مع المقاولين وضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بجودة عالية.
- البحث عن أفضل العروض للأسعار للمواد والمعدات المستخدمة في المشاريع.
- الإشراف على التزام فرق العمل بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن تقدم العمل للإدارة العليا.
الشروط والمؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإنشائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع الإنشائية.
- إجادة استخدام البرامج الهندسية مثل AutoCAD وRevit، بالإضافة إلى برامج إدارة المشاريع مثل MS Project وPrimavera.
- مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الفرق بكفاءة.
- معرفة شاملة بأنظمة ومعايير البناء والسلامة.

- Prepare and update project timelines and ensure adherence.
- Estimate project costs, control the budget, and monitor spending.
- Contract and coordinate with contractors, ensuring high-quality project execution.
- Source competitive pricing for materials and equipment used in projects.
- Supervise team adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Submit regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and safety standards.
