Job Purpose:

The Data Operations Expert is responsible for the collection and acquisition of data from various sources, ensuring accurate data capture, classification, and storage, and collaborating with data providers to establish data sharing agreements. This role involves implementing stringent data quality management practices to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data repository

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

1. Contribute to the collection and acquisition of data from insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other regulatory entities.
2. Collaborate with data providers to establish data sharing agreements and ensure data is obtained in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Implement stringent data quality management practices to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data repository.
4. Develop and enforce data quality standards and procedures to identify and rectify data issues.
5. Processing and normalization of data to ensure it is in a consistent format suitable for analysis.
6. Implement data transformation and cleansing techniques to improve data quality and usability.
7. Optimize database systems that support the storage and retrieval of vast amounts of data.
8. Support in managing and operating the data web services such as APIs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1- Knowledge and Experience

• 5 years or more of relevant experience in Data Management, Data Engineering or Data Science.
• Experience in system being used.
• Previous experience in government sector or regulatory bodies is preferred.

2- Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant Data Management certification is preferred.
