Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and executing civil engineering activities for our projects, with a focus on ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Experience in substation projects and a proven track record in the Gulf region or Saudi Arabia will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Develop and review project plans, designs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution of civil works.

1. Site Supervision:

• Supervise and inspect all civil engineering activities on-site to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Monitor subcontractors’ work to ensure it aligns with project requirements and safety regulations.

1. Substation Projects (Preferred):

• Manage civil works related to substation construction, including foundations, structural works, and site grading.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to integrate civil works seamlessly into substation projects.

1. Regulatory Compliance and Coordination:

• Ensure all construction activities comply with local and international engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and permits.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
• Conduct site inspections and generate reports on project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, materials, and site progress.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and schedules for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Experience:
• 7–14 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on civil engineering works.
• Experience in substation projects is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in the Gulf region or Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
• Certification:
• Must be registered with an Engineering Council (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers or Pakistan Engineering Council).

This position is based at any project site within Saudi Arabia.
