HR Administrator

Intecsa - Saudi - Riyadh

At INTECSA, we are currently seeking a HR Administrator for our branch in Saudi Arabia, based in our offices in Riyadh.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Labor Contracting (documentation, insurances, visa...)
  • Payroll preparation and management.
  • GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance).
  • Iqamas (Residency Permits).
  • Medical Insurance.
  • Assist in the implementation of systems for attendance control, vacation management, and expense procedures.
  • Request and maintain custody of employee documents.
  • Preparation for labor inspections
  • Involvement in internal payroll management.



Qualifications:


  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR department functions.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Spanish language skills are highly valued.
  • Experience working with Spanish companies (engineering or construction) operating in Saudi Arabia is highly valued.
  • Saudi nationality.
