Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, ensuring strategic alignment of executive activities with organizational goals
- Manage schedules, communications, and documents, enhancing executive efficiency
- Coordinate meetings and events, facilitating effective executive interactions
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth information flow
- Handle confidential information, ensuring compliance and discretion
Functional Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure an organized work environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy access to information
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in organizing projects, events, and office activities
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Job Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Fresh Graduate or 2 Years Experience in the relevant field
Language:
English -Proficient.
Arabic – Working knowledge
