• Prepare, review, and maintain fund-related documentation, agreements, and disclosures including investment contracts and performance reports to ensure transparency and compliance.

• Monitor key fund performance indicators including cash flow projections and financial models to assess fund performance.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in investment fund structuring, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of real estate market and investment tools.
• Good knowledge of regulations and laws related to investment funds.
