Finance Operations Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Financial & Operations Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency for our creative AVL company. This role requires someone with a strong foundation in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to identify opportunities while ensuring profitability and competitiveness in the market. The ideal candidate will also oversee employee management, fostering a culture of accountability and growth, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Analyze past project pricing and performance to create competitive, profitable pricing models.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Provide financial forecasts and strategic recommendations for maximizing opportunities.
  • Oversee compliance with all accounting and tax regulations, including VAT and zakat filings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including payroll and invoicing.

Operational Leadership:

  • Supervise and support employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.
  • Recommend actions regarding promotions, punishments, and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to design and implement operational strategies for growth.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting and financial reporting needs.

Team Growth & Development:

  • Identify the need for additional hires to ensure smooth operations and scalability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among team members.

Strategic Contributions:

  • Research and analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Recommend improvements to operational workflows and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with the CEO to align financial and operational goals with the company vision.

 

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Arabic and English Fluency Advanced Level Mandatory.
    Solid foundational knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and support employees effectively.
  • A fast learner with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and creative work environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in AVL, events, or creative industries.
  • Knowledge of Saudi regulations, including VAT, zakat, and labor laws.
  • Certifications like CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus but not mandatory.
