Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Job.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR and Recruitment functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports and letters relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Responsible for any related task to the above>
Qualification:
- minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.
Skills:
- Advanced English Language.
- Excellent communication skills.
