Human Resources Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Job.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR and Recruitment functions and duties.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports and letters relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Responsible for any related task to the above>


Qualification:

- minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.


Skills:

  • Advanced English Language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
