summary:

Identifies, follows, and recommends improvement to the department’s workflow as stated in the department’s APP and other hospital policies and procedures related to the administrative contracts.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


1. Identifies and follows the workflow of the contract in accordance with the department’s policies and procedures.

2. Assists in reviewing all the documents related to the Saudi Bids and Purchasing Law, Royal Decrees, Ministerial decisions, and Hospital policies and procedures to be developed in the Contracts Services Department’s Hospital portal.

3. Composes replies to correspondence for supervisor’s signature.

4. Facilitates and develops standard forms and summary forms for all the department’s transactions.

5. Maintains confidentiality of information and correspondence.

6. Provides logistics and administrative assistance to the stakeholders in the preparation of their requirements from the processing stages bidding and contract cycle.

7. Handles minor administrative matters based on knowledge and judgment regarding Hospital regulations and policies and completes project assignments as requested.

8. Establishes and maintains a variety of files and other office systems necessary for the performance of the work.

9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

10. Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.

11. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.

12. Performs any other related duties as assigned Approved

Experience Required:

One (1) year of related experience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor’s
