About Our Team
You’ll matric report to the ALEC Group Talent Acquisition Manager based in Dubai Marina, while directly reporting to the P&C Manger Saudi. You will oversee the Saudi operations, including ALEC Building, National Head Office, and affiliated businesses. Our team is on an exciting growth journey, with expansion plans taking us from 7 to 20 members across the GCC. Collaboration and quick delivery are at the heart of how we work.

Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:
- Collaborate Strategically: Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies.
- Drive Workforce Planning: Work closely with P&C / TA BP’s and senior management to align workforce planning initiatives with talent acquisition campaigns.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Design innovative talent campaigns, ensuring every interaction reflects ALEC’s values and employer brand.
- Optimise Talent Pipelines: Build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates to maintain a robust talent pool.
- Leverage Data: Use analytics to refine processes, inform decisions, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Shape the Future: Lead your team of 6 TA professionals, driving their development and ensuring excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition at Advisor level or above, preferably in an international organisation with a complex structure.
- P&C Knowledge: Strong understanding of P&C functions and their interdependencies.
- Expertise: Proven skills in team leadership, candidate engagement, and data-driven strategies.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align talent acquisition strategies with broader organisational goals.
