Position: Waitress/Lounge Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Waitress/Lounge Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Train and manage waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a supervisory role in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
