Major Responsibilities:


  • Mobilization – Imaging and provision of Alraedah computers, mobile phones and 2FA.
  • Deskside Help – Help users tie to the network, printers, file server, and resolve any technical issues.
  • Requirement to relocate and help remote site/users as needed.
  • Manage IT assets in ITSM and IT stockrooms
  • Response to user tickets on time based on SLA’s
  • Set-up of network printers & scanners
  • Work with IT network engineer.
  • Network deployment support.
  • Manage users & Manage access.
  • Deployment of Teams voice endpoints, and help for conference calls
  • Support of DLP, EDR and other systems deployment to end users.
  • Development of IT help guides and user training.
  • Support with IT procurement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Experience:

  • Experience of at least one year and no more than three years, preferably in the financial sector.

Skills:

  • Working within SAMA regulation is a plus.
  • Extensive familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365
  • Working knowledge of security software options and functionality preferred
  • ITIL certification or related certification is a plus
  • Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
