Job Overview:
We are seeking a for a highly qualified individual Office Manager for the CEO / Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to the Chairman at our Riyadh office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising the Executive Secretary team.
- Managing and organizing the Chairman’s schedule.
- Preparing and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Following up and executing decisions and directives from the Chairman.
- Preparing reports and administrative correspondence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration or executive secretarial work.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office program
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage the employer's calendar and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism
- Assist with office organisation and maintenance
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Proficiently use Google Suite for various administrative functions
