Job Overview:

We are seeking a for a highly qualified individual Office Manager for the CEO / Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to the Chairman at our Riyadh office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supervising the Executive Secretary team.
  • Managing and organizing the Chairman’s schedule.
  • Preparing and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Following up and executing decisions and directives from the Chairman.
  • Preparing reports and administrative correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration or executive secretarial work.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office program
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Manage the employer's calendar and schedule appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism
  • Assist with office organisation and maintenance
  • Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
  • Proficiently use Google Suite for various administrative functions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼100,000.00 - ﷼120,000.00 per year
