JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for all sales activities in the regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery and achieve sales target & Gross profit (Pharmacy Automation).
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in his area and remote area.
- Achieve the agreed-on sales quota per supplier per business line through prospecting, showcasing, and selling the company's products and services to current and potential clients in the designated area.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including sales funnel, customer relationship management (CRM) and market information system (MIS) through updating the competitors’ data files with the latest information.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Achieving year to date Target and monitoring Stock.
- Provide the best-in-class solutions and quality for customers.
- Update competitors’ data files with latest information.
- Fully legally responsible and accountable for applying the company rules during the sales process, delivery and service as per international standard of the revenue recognition.
- Full usage of the Oracle system regarding the quotations, sales funnel, stock monitoring, data updating etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in medical equipment or pharmacy
Experience:
- 3-5 years of Experience in Pharmacy Automation with proven records of achievement.
- Field experience in selling and promoting Pharmacy Automation products.
- Hands on experience and technical know how is key.
- High level contacts with key stake holders and KOL.
