This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in operations and strategic leadership, capable of managing cross-functional teams while optimizing company performance and adhering to business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with U.S. contracting officers and DoD contractors.
- Conducting competitor analysis and attending industry events and exhibitions.
- Leading and mentoring employees, fostering accountability, and ensuring workforce development.
- Developing partnerships, managing budgets, and improving profitability.
- Overseeing recruitment, organizational structures, and manpower planning.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Supporting strategic planning and driving company growth through effective execution of operational strategies.
- Collaborating with the Proposal Team to provide cost structures and negotiate supplier contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and key data.
- Analysing vendor options to evaluate supply and pricing strategies.
- Ensuring quality, service, and operational efficiency standards are met across the organization is part of your role as General Manager, cultivating a culture of excellence.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 Years of experience.
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
