An established global provider that excels in offering end-to-end logistical and support services is hiring a Bilingual General Manager to be based in Riyadh.



This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in operations and strategic leadership, capable of managing cross-functional teams while optimizing company performance and adhering to business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with U.S. contracting officers and DoD contractors.
• Conducting competitor analysis and attending industry events and exhibitions.
• Leading and mentoring employees, fostering accountability, and ensuring workforce development.
• Developing partnerships, managing budgets, and improving profitability.
• Overseeing recruitment, organizational structures, and manpower planning.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Supporting strategic planning and driving company growth through effective execution of operational strategies.
• Collaborating with the Proposal Team to provide cost structures and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and key data.
• Analysing vendor options to evaluate supply and pricing strategies.
• Ensuring quality, service, and operational efficiency standards are met across the organization is part of your role as General Manager, cultivating a culture of excellence.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 Years of experience.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Strong analytical ability
