Operations Manager

Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our catering services and restaurant(s) in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, including catering services, restaurant management, staff supervision, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business, meeting both operational targets and customer expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality in service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain a positive company reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
