Position Description

We are currently searching for an Office Assistant & HR Support to join our team in our Riyadh office. This is an 100% office based position.

As An Office Assistant, You Will Mainly

  • Organize and maintain office common areas, resolve office-related issues, and liaise with the landlord for building matters.
  • Monitor supply inventory, handle shortages, and maintain office equipment.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute communications and shipments, including coordinating IT equipment
  • Assist in organizing events and booking travel arrangements such as accommodation and reservations.
  • Follow up with the accounting team on monthly office financial closings, ensure accurate maintenance of office account records, and provide support for both internal and external annual audits.
  • Handle PRO governmental services for employees and the office.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives, including compiling and updating employee records.
  • Assist with HR operations, coordinate projects such as meetings and training, and take minutes.
  • Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, assist in payroll preparation, and communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Conduct orientations for new employees and assist in the overall onboarding process.

Position Requirements

  • Experience as an office assistant and/or HR assistant
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Customer and solutions oriented
  • Excellent teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment
