HR/ Project Admin

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR/ Project Admin to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project administration and human resources management, with a focus on supporting project teams and ensuring smooth HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project manager in coordinating day-to-day project operations.
  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and schedules.
  • Ensure timely submission of project deliverables and assist in managing project timelines.
  • Assist with preparing project-related budgets, resource allocation, and tracking expenses.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and training sessions for project teams.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal details.
  • Coordinate payroll processes and ensure accuracy in timesheet submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with employee performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Support in organizing training sessions and team-building activities.
  • Provide support in employee relations, conflict resolution, and handling grievances.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project administration and HR roles.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management tools and HR software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking capability.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
