Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Procurement Quality Engineer or Supervisor in Civil and MEP Works
- 4+ years of direct experience supervising vendor inspection activities within the scope of building construction projects, utilities, and infrastructure
- Knowledge of compliance with the laws and regulations in force in Saudi Arabia
