Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Business Analyst with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exposure to government projects and possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Arabic is required due to the nature of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Elicitation and Documentation:

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units.

Benchmarking Studies:

• Conduct benchmarking studies to compare current processes with industry best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on findings.

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Participate in testing phases to validate solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers.
• Lead workshops and meetings to align project objectives.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Jira, EPM, and/or similar tools for project tracking and management.
• Understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in stakeholder communication and relationship management.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Exposure to government entities is highly preferred.
• Experience in software development projects.
