POSITION OVERVIEW


The full-time IT Engineer provides general IT service for Trend Micro employee in the Middle East and Africa Region will be based in (MMEA/Saudi Arabia). As an IT engineer, you will be responsible for designing hardware configurations, installing software, managing network systems, training staff on correct operating procedures and proactively support users and events.

To ensure success as an IT engineer, you should have extensive experience maintaining large-scale computer systems, the ability to manage project, and excellent troubleshooting skills.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Proactively support users and events as IT helpdesk engineer
  • Research, tune, and implement AI/automation solution on Power Platform with team.
  • Handle security alerts and respond to cases
  • Must be able to work 'on call' for incident response.
  • Collaborate with corporate IT team to implement and maintain regional IT infrastructure, support endpoint compliance also
  • Good at self-management to achieve goals and has good time management
  • Play bridge role to collect business needs and work with regional IT team for action plans
  • Must be willing and able to travel, when necessary.


EXPERIENCE


  • Has more than two years IT helpdesk experience
  • Practical experience with Microsoft low-code platforms and AI field is a plus.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree or above in computer related major
  • Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking
  • Positive and optimistic, good at communication, proactive in work, like self-learning
  • Abilities to be interface among multiple departments, with good customer service skills
  • Familiar with Windows, MacOS, Linux and automated installation and maintenance
  • Familiar with virus protection, network security protection common sense
  • Certificate: Azure AI Fundamentals, AAD, AWS-Cloud practitioner, CCNA, MCSA, are preferred
