Job Purpose
The Job Holder is required to assist the Manager revenue accounting with the department objectives through day to day
operations support.
Job Responsibilities:
Operational
• Maintaining Customers Statement of Accounts and Receivable Balances
• Handling receipts
• Recording Monthly Transactions (Sales and Receipts) timely
• Credit Exposure Monitoring
• Agency Credits
• Refunds Processing
• EBT and Airport Sales Tracking
• Coordination with CSU for refunds and cancellations
• Managing Agency top ups and credit limits in system
• Assisting operations round the clock with flight maintenance request for facilitating
passengers
