We are seeking an experienced Webmaster to join the bank. Our ideal candidate is proficient in computer programming and graphic design, with an excellent understanding of web analytics and usability.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring server and site technical performance.
• Implementing SEO strategies to increase site traffic.
• Implementing & designing marketing automation processes.
• Implementing personalized viewing based on personas.
• Generating analytics report.
• Support connecting website with internal servers (CRM, MS Dynamics, Chat, live agent).
• Developing and managing website content.
• Designing website layout and visuals.
• Coordinating with team members or clients to enhance website performance.
• Ensuring website is accessible from a variety of different environments.
• Handling user complaints and feedback.
• Implementing website security measures.
• Testing website across browsers, operating systems and devices.
• Keeping up to date with technology trends and advancements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's in computer science, Design or relevant field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer
• Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, lead scoring, marketing automation (MS Dynamics), email marketing, DXP/CMS & SharePoint.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with server-side technologies & cloud platforms.
• Understanding of web standards and usability.
• Ability to generate creative ideas.
• Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
