The Role / Opportunity

The Senior Export Manager – Infant Nutrition will be responsible to expand Almarai footprint into non-GCC territories, Third Party Manufacture business and governmental tenders through mainly agents within Internationally recognized standards, regulations, and marketing codes.

Areas of responsibilities include but not limited to developing short and long-term strategies and plans for markets and delivering the targeted volume group margin of exported products. Strategically map and analyse opportunities for launching Almarai product range (Infant Nutrition) in new markets.

The role is based in the Head Office – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline, and in dealing with Infant Nutrition (a Bachelor’s degree of Nutrition/Pharmacy sciences related specialization)
• At least 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Previous B2B experience in MENA with Pharma, Agents, and distributors
• Proficient in team management. Leadership skills. Good Communication and interpersonal skills. Assertive; time-management skills. Able to analyse and interpret information. Problem-Solving and Crisis Management skills. Able to persuade people, negotiation skills. Understanding of small business management Ability to operate autonomously, applying common sense.
