Your Overall Mission
As our Dior Retail Manager for our Boutiques, you will be responsible for the management of a determined area. The Retail Manager Boutiques drives the performance of the boutique through leading the team to deliver an outstanding client experience and achieve all targets in relation to sales, KPIs, and operational Excellence.
Your Main Responsibilities
Retail Performance: Sales Development
• Drive & Manage sales by store and over your area to reach target
• Manage performance of store and team to reach target KPIs
• Ensure follow up (quantitative and qualitative) and recommends corrective actions
• Ensure optimum inventory at stores including POSM and discontinued
• Report daily, weekly and monthly sales to management, as well as actionable,
• Communicate competition’s activity to management.
Retail Performance: towards Customer Excellence Development and management
• Ensure implementation of clienteling strategy at POS.
• Implement, support and monitor the Dior Retail Operations Standards (Retail Digital
Tools and Systems, IPOS, RM Scorecard, Dior Satisfaction Meter and Mystery
Shopping).
• Define, Consolidate and Execute your boutiques Mystery Shopping action plans to
improve your area’s performance.
Retail Excellence: People Management & Development
• Recruit high caliber team members, ensuring their retention through the effective
management of their performance
• Ensure Boutique team business & skills development to deliver Excellence at POS
• Ensure Boutique Managers' business development through coaching
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Manage team to achieve sales goals by conducting monthly productivity evaluations
• Monitor Specialization of sales force and provide recommendation for each
boutique (e.g., calendar agreed upon with Training)
• Monitor the implementation and respect of Dior Retail standards (Addict to Retail,
Retail Initiatives, e.g. iPOS…etc.)
Retail Excellence: Brand Image & Animations
• Enhance Dior Brand Image through visual merchandising, BC grooming and POS
activities,
• Implement the Marketing and VM Guidelines (novelties introduction at local level),
• Communicate all Dior animation plans to teams,
• Be fully responsible for Merchandising Execution, and implementation of planograms
& visuals per door.
• Plan, order and monitor with the Boutique Managers POSM (testers, GWPs, samples,
novelty grids, glorifiers, etc)
• Prepare and implement the animations in cooperation with Marketing,
• Feedback report for each animation event.
Retail Excellence: Operations
• Ensure all boutiques adhere and fulfil health and safety guidelines (SOP)
• Ensure operational compliance across the Boutique and team ensuring that all
aspects of company procedures are adhered to including cash, stock, IT and security
• Ensure compliance with all Internal Control procedures.
PROFILE:
• 5+ years’ Retail &/or Sales management experience, in Western region preferred.
• Proven Track record of sales performance (growth, MS),
• Ability to drive, motivate, develop, and retain sales team.
• Solid retail operations experience is a plus
• Creative and Innovative thinking with business management.
• Focused and committed on delivering Excellence.
• Good Business Analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable and autonomous
• Proficient user of the MS Office package
• Must be fluent in English, and Arabic.
