Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the Energy Services division.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing HR guidance and support on various operational and employee-related matters.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Manage talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain high-quality candidates in alignment with ENGIE’s commitment to inclusiveness and diversity.
  • Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with various departments to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in during transitions.


Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and employment laws, particularly in the context of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
  • Proficient in using HR metrics and data analysis to drive HR decisions and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Experience

  • 7 to 15 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role, preferably within the energy or services sectors.
  • Experience in leading HR initiatives related to performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and policy adherence.
  • Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and driving cultural transformations.
