To plan, organize and achieve the sales targets of assigned products.
To understand customer needs both technically and commercially and offering them best
solutions.
To be able to perform sales applications activities for himself and other team members.
To identify market opportunities and exploring new segments.

To report competitors activities and market intelligence to achieve an edge over competitors
JOB DIMENSIONS
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
In absence reporting to: Brand Manager or General Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
To draw up a sales plan for establishing the overall sales requirement of the assigned products
for the defined area of responsibility.
To gain complete product knowledge and be able to perform sales applications studies.
To be able to suggest accurate specifications of the products according to operating conditions
and customer requirements.
To be able to advise product improvements and specifications according to market needs and
competitors offerings.
To achieve and strive to exceed targets in unit sales and profits in accordance with the
Company’s Goals.
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and prospects via meetings, telephone
calls and emails.
To ensure daily visits to existing & prospective customers for new sales.
To maintain complete knowledge of market and upcoming opportunities.
To do pricing, quotation preparation accurately, follow up of submitted quotations and closing
sales.
To prepare weekly/monthly activity plans and to ensure its effectiveness.
Preparation of periodic (Weekly / Monthly) sales reports.
To assist in monitoring any deviations from the regional targets, plans and strategies and
investigate for taking corrective action and help draw up plans to counteract unfavorable
results.
To provide regular feedback from the market on competitor activities, pricing policy for
products, parts & services.
To exercise credit control as per the company credit policy.
Representing organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
To ensure compliance with overall KPIs.
Any other duty or responsibility which may be advised or delegated by supervisor.
Requirements
Preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing
Minimum experience of 3 years in Commercial Vehicle, Equipment sales with a track record of
exceeding targets
At least 5 years’ experience in the commercial vehicles and/or equipment or related industry,
with at least 3 of these years working within the local KSA market
Product Knowledge
Excellent connections within the industry (customers and competition)
Should have a valid KSA driving license
Must be an Arabic speaker
Skills
Qualifications:
BSc. Mechanical or any other related Engineering degree
KPIs for first 12 months
1. Orcale reporting
- Fulfill the needed call reports and needed customer visits.
2. Target
- Achieve the monthly / Quarterly Target.
3. Management Reporting
- Fulfill the needed reporting and market information from management
