As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible in ensuring seamless customer onboarding, configuration, and technical integration of the company's API and on-premises solutions. This role involves a hands-on approach to deploying the company's solutions in customer environments, from initial setup support to continuous technical guidance.


Job Description:



  • Manage the entire customer onboarding process, from technical deployment to API integration configuration.

  • Conduct training sessions to educate customer teams on product functionalities and API features, setup and security.

  • Provide hands-on technical support for API integrations to ensure seamless setup.

  • Act as the primary technical contact for deployment-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Create detailed technical documentation, including onboarding processes, best practices, and workflows, to streamline future implementations and knowledge sharing.

  • Prepares technical proposals, technical designs, and responses to tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and technical assessments.

  • Oversee project planning for each customer deployment and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.

  • Stay updated on product developments and guide customers on new features to optimize their company's experience.

Skills


  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in technical implementation, software engineering, or technical customer success roles, ideally within the enterprise software industry.

  • Must have a strong foundation in software engineering, with expertise in API integrations. Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience in on-premises deployments would be an advantage.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical processes and communicate them effectively to users.

  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.

  • Has organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple concurrent deployments, delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages for effective communication with stakeholders and customers.
