Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the quality of every activity, with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of engineering construction in Civil, Architectural, and Structural disciplines, ensuring seamless integration of multidisciplinary processes.
- Responsible for managing all QA/QC documentation for the project, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, delivered permanent materials, and other key QA/QC documents.
- Develop and define standards for conducting inspections and tests on all procedures, overseeing testing methods, and maintaining high-quality standards across all processes.
- Review the quality of materials at the site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality requirements, and work closely with the procurement department to ensure the quality of materials.
- Supervise the implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensuring adherence to procedures, and coordinate with teams to conduct quality audits on processes.
- Assist employees in understanding and following quality standards, ensuring compliance with manuals and procedures, and work closely with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality.
- Oversee the lifting of equipment, manage the efficient storage of hazardous materials, and conduct quality audits according to the schedule.
- Monitor and maintain an effective system for recording project activities, analyzing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Manage work methods, stay updated on quality assurance standards, monitor the continuous application of QA processes, and recommend corrective actions for improvements.
- Develop method statements for activities, including risk assessments, job safety environmental analysis (JSEA), and Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and checklists, in alignment with project specifications.
- Coordinate with the Technical Engineer for material submittals to the Consultant.
- Liaise with the Consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contracting and steel structure projects.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Riyadh or Jeddah.
