-To build and maintain an effective and supportive working relationship with members of the team and colleagues both within SLPGM and its client.
-To work as part of the SNC team, providing a high quality engineering service as part of an integrated Facilities Management service.
-Help to ensure that all MECHANICAL / AC related maintenance is being delivered in full compliance of Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations.
-Work within a culture of customer service and the meeting of SLPGM values.
-Develop own skills by fully utilising the onsite training task books.
-Partake in a rota covering the site 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
-To provide overall onsite maintenance of MECHANICAL / AC services and observe Health and Safety.
-To help identify methods that will offer cost savings and efficiencies.
-To work within the Quality (ISO 9000) systems for the maintenance department.
-To provide comprehensive maintenance service as detailed within the contract.
-To take an active role in helping to ensure that reactive and preventative maintenance is carried out within SLA.
-To provide regular updates to your supervisor.
-To assist in the identification of MECHANICAL / HVAC spares/equipment across the estate.
-To actively assist others for the timely completion of works within the target times.
-To undertake personal training and development as required meeting the change in service needs of the department.
-To ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements within the department.
