Lead - Compliance

Job Purpose:

To support in implementation internal compliance strategic objectives and provide operational oversight, assist in all compliance activities, and contribute to organization’s strategic objectives within set KPIs, budget and respective policies and processes.


Key Accountabilities:-

Core Accountabilities:

  • Perform Distribution Centre and project Compliance validation as per agreed plan against regulation and Nadec SOP.
  • Perform Inventory management validation.
  • Perform Market visit inspection and submit report.
  • Perform Carry over and reconciliation cross check and report key observations.
  • Submit reports and follow up on corrective actions with relevant departments.

Strategic Contribution:

  • Assist in executing the operational business plans for Compliance at Nadec distribution centre and project and highlight key risk and noncompliance status of Nadec distribution centre and projects

Compliance management:

  • Support the Communication of all requirements and critical issues, monitor information for incidents or issues related to company products, and disseminate internally to mitigate the effects of such issues.
  • Assist in Monitoring critical high-risk compliance areas within and provide guidance on how to address such risks and to avoid.

Documents Management and Administration:

  • Maintain company’s files and documents to support the development of a comprehensive database, in addition to maintaining historical reference and follow up with ministries and requirements.

Safety, Quality & Environment:

  • Implement safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environment for NADEC.
  • Contribute in Facilitate periodic inspections and resolve all queries around regulatory matters to ensure compliance with quality and safety measures and assist in improvements the business process used


Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:

  • Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.


Compliance Management System:

  • Assist in implementing compliance policies and objectives.
  • Help integrate compliance requirements into business processes.
  • Use available resources effectively to support the CMS.
  • Support communication of the importance of compliance management and adherence to CMS requirements.
  • Assist in achieving CMS results.
  • Support team members in enhancing CMS effectiveness.
  • Encourage continual improvement in compliance practices.
  • Show commitment to compliance standards in daily activities.
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
  • Report compliance matters internally.
  • Report and help address non-compliance issues.


Change Management:

  • Motivate the employees and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering best practices.
  • Ensure that all departmental reports and statements are completed timely and comply with local and international principles of governance and the organization's policies and standards.


Job Context:

Lead - Compliance will be working NADEC Regional offices


Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

Education and Certifications: -

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field

  • Experience:

4-5 years of experience in a relevant field
