About the job
The role holder is responsible for ensuring the highest level of integrity is maintained for employee data used for payroll processing, company reporting, retirement plan administration and benefit plan administration.
Core Responsibilities:
- EBS and Oracle Fusion Application.
- Leads and tracks all HRIS related projects and develops business processes and procedures accordingly.
- Designs and documents functional solutions with future state processes.
- Conducts business processes analyses and needs assessments to align HR system solutions with business initiatives
- Works with other departments to define and analyze problems and recommend the most appropriate technical application or configuration solutions.
- Provides comprehensive HRIS support and works with all levels of personnel within our company to identify changes needed in existing automated report processes.
- Identifies operation issues and gaps and lead implementation of a system solution in partnership with other work streams.
- Identifies internal HR information flow issues related to HRIS and payroll processing and works toward resolution.
- Develops and sets up HRIS to accommodate new benefit and compensation programs, policies and procedures introduced by our company.
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management information system, Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
