Operations Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the seamless functioning of our restaurant.

 The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Exceptional Communication Skills*: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and partners at all levels.

Extensive F&B Industry Expertise*: Proven practical experience in the Food and Beverage sector, with a significant focus on establishing and managing new branch operations.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, with fluency in Arabic highly preferred to enhance communication with a diverse clientele and staff.

Technical Competence: Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with essential restaurant management software, such as Foodics and Deliverect, as well as proficiency in other key business tools.

Driver’s License: 

A valid Saudi driver’s license is required for effective mobility and operational oversight.

We seek a proactive leader who can contribute to the continuous growth and excellence of our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the integration and management of delivery application software, including Deliverect and Foodics.
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships; manage supply contracts and inventory checks to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory, sales, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions, including:
  • Sales Revenue: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures.
  • Food Cost Percentage: Monitor food costs in relation to total sales.
  • Labor Cost Percentage: Analyze staff wages and hours as a percentage of total sales.
  • Table Turnover Rate: Measure the average number of times a table is occupied during a service period.
  • Customer Satisfaction Scores: Collect and evaluate customer feedback through surveys or reviews.
  • Inventory Turnover: Assess how quickly inventory is being used and replaced.
  • Online Order Volume: Monitor the performance and growth of delivery orders through apps.
  • Collaborate with staff to create a positive working environment and ensure high standards of service.
  • Develop and train a team to enhance operational performance and customer service skills.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry with multiple branches, specifically in Asian cuisine in Saudi Arabia. 
  • Minimum experience 10 years.
  • Demonstrated experience with delivery application software, particularly Deliverect and Foodics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement strategic improvements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supplier negotiation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
