About the role:
Supporting the Sales Department to issue SAJ (Project) numbers to booked projects; to release orders to factories; to coordinate the requirement of Sales relating to prices, discounts, and delivery; to check including safekeeping of new-issued MEBS Price List; to receive and process special discount approval; to maintain GC Pricing Tool; to monitor Sales’ compliance to procedures and policies; to maintain SAP Equipment Master Data.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Issue project No. to secure a project after confirming the authenticity of signed contract in relation to applicable Company policies and requirement.
- Perform final review of project cost including the required documents prior to the release of Purchase order to factory.
- Control and assign order number for valid PO Release request of regions.
- Communicate Sales Announcements from Mitsubishi Japan to the Regions.
- Process special discount request from regions relating to new installation.
- Confirm and report Quoted, P1, and P0 units’ performance of regions.
- Maintain and update GC Pricing Tool including handling of issues and concerns in coordination with concerned department.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales progress report and submit to region and management.
- Communicate updates or changes, if any, on pricing rules and policies to regions.
- Confirm with Engineering the approved final technical specifications and drawings.
Skills:
- The ideal applicant must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business marketing or related field .
- Total 3 years of experience with Sales.
- Applicants must possess strong systems skills, effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must be computer literate with good understanding of MS Office & SAP application.
