Job Summary:

A leading industrial company in PVC hoses manufacturing is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team, a leader in the plastic manufacturing industry. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet high standards of quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and products.

- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain documentation related to quality assurance and compliance.

- Assist in the training and development of staff on quality standards and practices.

- Support product development by ensuring that quality considerations are integrated from the start.

- Ability to implement ITP process during all stages of manufacturing.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to plastic manufacturing.

- Has the knowledge to obtain SASO certifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering.

- 5-7 years of experience in plastic industry.

- Proficiency in English language

- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Certifications:

- Certified Internal Aduit certificate.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience with audits is preferred.

- Six sigma Green belt.

Additional Skills:

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
