Job Purpose
To handle and perform the day-to-day requirements related to the project including assisting the project team with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings and information.

Strategic Contribution
- Assist with the implementation of the annual business plan, and target and execute the strategic agenda of the Project & Construction Management function to deliver TRSDC vision and mission.
- Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the Project & Construction Management function and monitor the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s strategy.
Job Responsibilities - Organizational
Operational
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the project as needed.
- Ensure that the project adheres to frameworks and that all documentation is properly maintained.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions, where applicable.
- Ensure that stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- This is a Site based role based at the AMAALA project site
